International standards for victims: What norms? What achievements? What next?

The World Society of Victimology (WSV) has urged continuously a practical vision for victims. It must be remembered that international standards exist and that much more can be achieved, particularly through what the WSV is doing. We are at a turning point in promoting the implementation of international standards for victims. We must not miss this opportunity.
