China’s view of European integration and enlargement

Chinese perceptions of European integration can be divided into different categories, i.e. the view of the Chinese government, the view of Chinese academics, and the view of the Chinese public – although there are interactions among these different groups. This chapter will mainly focus on the views of Chinese academics, and basically the understanding of the author himself.
