ABSTRACT
One of the key things we have found about ethics is that there is a great variety of approaches in a postmodern world and it is necessary to get some sort of common language where people come together to work on the same projects. There needs to be a minimum societal or even cross-cultural norm. People need to feel respected and understand the decisions of others which affect their lives or impact upon the environment around them. The case studies have shown situations where this has been happening to some extent.
