Class, race and collective action

I think the concern is that we can see that the research shows that a lot of our youngsters [African/Caribbean] are being expelled from school, we can see that we’re sort of at the bottom of the league tables, whatever table comes out we seem to be at the bottom, except for unemployment and crime, we’re top of those.
