ABSTRACT
Given that this is a session on testing, and that cognitive ability, general intelligence, personality, physical abilities, and measurement problems have all been discussed prior to this paper, it’s quite a challenge to say something that’s not redundant with earlier presentations. Therefore, our attempted contribution is to comment on the status of military testing research, and to suggest implications for the future.
