ABSTRACT

The dramatic progress in selection and classification research over the past decade could well have led to complacency or a move to consolidation of recent gains. But as seen in this conference, the momentum of the recent past continues. The participants presented a host of new directions that formed two dominant themes: first, expanding our view of the person, the job, and the person-job match, and second, integrating research findings in new ways.
