ABSTRACT
Introduction Community healthcare system and healthcare planning An appropriate environment, where people living in a local area can consult physicians within the area and have appropriate and reliable medical services is a necessary element of any community. For people to have better medical services, the environment must be based on healthcare planning, so that not only clinical functions for various diseases, but also a wide variety of consecutive general medical services, from prevention and healthcare education to rehabilitation, are available.
