ABSTRACT

Each year law schools are turning out graduates eager to slay dragons and change the world! Some of these graduates are absorbed into large law firms, some into government and private industry, some graduates choose to affiliate with the smaller law firms and still others, with an entrepreneurial spirit set out establishing a practice on their own. Why is it then, if more attorneys are being introduced into the area of legal services, that some practices continue to grow and prosper while others are just barely getting by?
