ABSTRACT
Mr. Ono is an expatriate recently sent from headquarters in Japan to manage a new project team for their subsidiary in the US. He is the only Japanese member of the team, and the other four members are Americans who have been recently hired for this project. In his first assignment working with American people, Mr. Ono was nervous, but with all his successes in Japan he was also excited about this new opportunity.
