ABSTRACT
Did you hold a class discussion this week with your students? How did they react? Use your notes page to record what happened, what you thought of the experience, and any areas on which you want to work. Becoming skilled at engineering these kinds of events can do more for your students’ schooling and you as a teacher than any one thing you can do. This encourages them to think, evaluate, and learn to help with projects and problem solving. This in turn will aid them to feel good about being in your class and will result in your having a happier time teaching them. Such seems to be the usual outcome and is why it is urged that you adopt the use of class discussions.
