ABSTRACT
You are going to be studying the use and application of Adlerian theories and principles when teaching children in a school setting. It is perhaps, a new viewpoint for you. Hopefully, you will find some help with your sobering, crucial task through these insights and suggested methods and techniques. The further we have moved into the twentieth century and approach the twenty-first century, the teaching profession has become increasingly difficult, sometimes hazardous. As has often been observed, little children arrive at school all alight, wide-eyed, and expectant, wanting to learn. However, many educators are noticing that, for a lot of these children, somehow that light goes out. Society needs to know what is putting out that light and how we can re-light it. A growing number of teachers and parents believe that a large share of the answers can be found in this Adlerian System of ideas and methods.
