N 375 . The lateral and anterior-posterior distribution o f the N350 was differ ent for the 13-to 17-month-olds and the 20-m onth-olds, (Hem isphere x Electrode Site x Age; Table 12 and Figure 12). For the 13-to 17-month-olds the N 350 was sym m etrical and larger from posterior than from anterior regions. For the 20-montholds the N350 was larger from anterior than from posterior regions, and for the unknown words it was larger from the right than from the left hemisphere.
