ABSTRACT

According to the ancient Oracle at Delphi, the most important study for anyone is not how to make money, nor how to help alleviate world poverty, nor even how to philosophise; it is the simpler task of coming to ‘know yourself’. Know who you are, what you are, why you are. But before anyone can answer any of these important-sounding questions, they must first of all ‘find’ themselves. Because if you can’t find something, you can’t learn much about it.
