ABSTRACT

The Bali Chamba tribe of the North-West Province in Cameroon, Africa, are made up of a number of chiefdoms, including: Bali Nyonga, Bali Gham, Bali Kumbat, Bali Gashu and Bali Gansin. The discussion in this chapter is limited to the Bali Nyonga, who occupy the present Bali subdivision in Mezam Division of the North-West Province.
