ABSTRACT
According to s 2(1) of the PHTTA 1995, a ‘package’ is defined as a combination of at least two of the following components, sold or offered for sale at an inclusive price, covering a period of more than 24 hours or involving overnight accommodation:
(i) transport; (ii) accommodation; and (iii) other tourist services which are not ancillary to the transport or accommo-
dation.
