Professional Law Course (candidates must have obtained the LLB/BA with Law with passes in the seven core subjects, that is, law of contracts, law of torts, constitutional law, criminal law, property law, equity and succession and the Ghana legal system) Preliminary Law Course (this is for non-law graduates and is followed by the two-year Professional Law Course) Post-Call Course (this consists of courses in Ghanaian constitutional law and customary law for lawyers qualified in another common law jurisdiction)
