L27 Letter to the client enclosing the MIB assignment and agreement form

I enclose a form of assignment and agreement received from the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB). Before it forwards the agreed compensation in this claim to you, this form must be signed and returned to the MIB. You are not entitled to receive any money from the MIB unless you complete the form.
