ABSTRACT
Whilst we do not accept that notice has not been properly provided, unless you confirm unequivocally by return that at no time in the future will you ask the court or the Secretary of State to determine whether correct notice was provided on this occasion and/or submit that the MIB should not have to satisfy any judgment due to any such alleged breach of the terms of the 1999 Agreement, we will have no alternative but to discontinue proceedings and commence new proceedings against the uninsured driver, thereby increasing the costs of this claim.
