ABSTRACT
This chapter will critically evaluate each case study disaster in the order in which the legal processes were dealt with in Chapters 6 and 7, making reference to the themes of the earlier foundation chapters It will move on to make broader socio-legal conclusions, followed by recommendations for future research and legal reform (located in Appendix 16).
