ABSTRACT
Not all clients accused of, for example, a breach of contract in relation to goods, will be the actual supplier. This arises out of s 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 which, for example, makes a creditor liable for breach of contract relating to the quality of the goods provided by the supplier.
