ABSTRACT
The Lawnswood Housing Company builds approximately 400 houses per year consisting mainly of four standard designs. The houses are built on quite large estates. The Company has also acquired some 100 hectares of land which they are developing an estate of individually designed houses on 1,000 square metre plots.
