ABSTRACT

Effectiveness of percutaneous mechanical intervention for AMI The efficacy of fibrinolytic therapy for patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is not strictly dependent on logistic models, and the results of the treatment are easily foreseen in large populations and are similar in community hospitals and tertiary referral centers. In contrast, the efficacy of primary mechanical intervention for AMI is quite changeable and dependent on many variables related to the logistic model used for the application of the primary angioplasty program.
