ABSTRACT
Part of my private consulting income comes from conducting research for an employee assistance program (EAP) located in upstate New York. I have been doing this research for the last 8 years. I have found that my clinical skills, as well as my graduate research training, have prepared me to provide this service. Before going into detail about the service I provide, I will give some background information and clarify the need for this service.
