ABSTRACT
Forensic evaluations must systematically evaluate the accuracy and completeness of the clinical data. Response styles, such as malingering, may grossly distort the clinical presentation and purported impairment. This chapter examines the complex interplay of malingered depression and feigned cognitive impairment in a disability referral.
