ABSTRACT
Let be bounded domain with smooth boundary Γ, and x=(x 1,… , x d ) be the points of Ω. By L 1(Ω) we denote the space of absolutely integrable functions on Ω, L ∞ (Ω)—the space of essentially bounded functions and L p (Ω), 1<p<∞—the scale of Lebesgue spaces of functions which are integrable in power p.
