Failure to abide by terms of the suspended warrant

If the judgment debtor fails to abide by the terms of payment made when a warrant is suspended, the judgment creditor can re-issue the warrant by filing a request certifying the amount of money remaining due under the judgment and showing that the terms have not been complied with (CCR Ord 25 r 8(9) and Ord 25 r 5(3)).
