ABSTRACT
The allocation questionnaire is designed to provide the court with enough information about the case so that it can decide which track to allocate it to and which case management directions to order without requiring the parties to provide further information or hold a hearing to decide. The expectation is that the information provided by the parties in the allocation questionnaire will be sufficient for most cases (PD 26, para 4.1).
