ABSTRACT
Certain courts have been designated Civil Trial Centres. Courts which are not Civil Trial Centres will be ‘feeder courts’. The case management of a claim allocated to the multi-track, apart from claims involving possession of land in the county court where the defendant has filed a defence and cases dealt with at the Royal Courts of Justice, will be dealt with at a Civil Trial Centre (PD 26, paras 10.1, 10.2(1)).
