ABSTRACT
Dizziness is one of the commonest symptoms encountered in medical practice. While many people experience a sense of vague light headedness which is so commonplace as to be almost a universal human experience, only those cases in which there is a sense of rotational movement of the environment are likely to originate in the inner ear. Particularly prone to occur under conditions of fatigue or stress, dizziness may also be a feature of any illness producing constitutional symptoms.
