This chapter sets out the following legislation together with relating checklists identifying the elements and other investigatory matters:
1 Sections 46(1)(a) and 46(2) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 (driving a vehicle without a private hire vehicle licence).
