ABSTRACT
In accordance with the powers delegated by me under the Council’s Standing Orders, I, being the (state position with Council), resolve that the Council institute prosecution and continue until final conclusion proceedings in order to give effect to the resolution made on by the Council’s (name Committee) in respect of the alleged offence outlined above, subject to the Director of Legal Services being satisfied on the points of evidence.
