ABSTRACT

Organizations must be continuously creative to survive and thrive. Globalization, changes in the workforces, and more informed customers each drive enormous changes in the marketplace. The rate of obsolescence seems only to grow faster, necessitating increasingly frequent technological and procedural changes. Government regulations, environmental concerns, economic trends, and a renewed focus on privacy and ethical practices create further complexities that need to be addressed. The organization that is unable to generate creative solutions to address these and other pressures will eventually face extinction.
