ABSTRACT
The Internet and the future of communication technology are the focus of the next two chapters. Attorneys who are among those who litigated the seminal and foundation-establishing case in Internet regulation, Reno v. ACLU, author each of these chapters. Not surprisingly, each author examines that case, though, from different perspectives.
