ABSTRACT
This chapter describes consultee-centered consultation to leaders in different kinds of organizations. The prerequisites for the kind of consultee-centered consultation described in this chapter are that consultation is conducted in groups of consultees and within a specific contracted period of time. The consultant may, for example, be hired for a consultation session every fourth week for one year.
