Family Factors in Children’s Adaptation to Elementary School: A Discussion and Integration

In this final chapter, we provide a perspective on the study findings as a whole. We summarize and discuss the general trends, acknowledge the study’s limitations, and explore the implications of the results for family policy, especially with regard to preventive intervention services focused on parents’ relationships-as couples and with their children.
