ABSTRACT
I was a bit surprised to receive James Inman’s invitation to contribute to this volume “as a humanities scholar with significant collaboration and electronic media experience/s,” for I see myself as something of a cynic and possibly even a Luddite when it comes to electronic progress in our profession.
