ABSTRACT
We now return to examine the last two dimensions of research validity.. Remember research validity is the validity of a whole study in contrast to the validity of a single measure or instrument, which is what we discussed in chapter 20. In chapter 6 we discussed internal validity and in chapter 10 we discussed external validity, each with two main subdimensions and rating scales to use in evaluating the validity of a study.
