ABSTRACT
The chapter is a commentary and a reflection on the interview conducted with Lynn W.Luckow, President and CEO at Jossey-Bass. The interview-based chapter provides some important insights into what many view as a “mysterious process” of knowledge transfer via publishing. The process of knowledge transfer and diffusion via publishing is viewed as a critical aspect of human and organization development.
