ABSTRACT
After the SCT had been carefully revised (chapter 2), a new scoring manual covering the new items and based on samples including male as well as female subjects became imperative. The occasion was used also to adopt a new E-level code (see Table 1.1), replacing the patchwork of “I-level” stages, half stages, and transitions (including Delta) partly borrowed from previous writers, partly improvised ad hoc.
