ABSTRACT

How can you transition a school and its personnel from a relatively typical day-today environment to one that inspires, generates hope, and motivates actions of leaders, teachers, and staff to innovative new practices, relationships, and effectiveness? In particular, how can a school and its members create and sustain a sufficiently high level of synergistic comentoring to build an empowering “family” atmosphere, one with a sense of unity and community among administrators, faculty, and staff that supports and nurtures those within, enhancing student performance and school effectiveness?
