ABSTRACT
In its most basic sense, the term evaluation means to establish the value of something. In the sense of educational evaluation, the term generally refers to establishing the value of a particular program, technique, or set of materials on the basis of some known criteria. Or put a different way, does the program, technique, or set of materials accomplish the objectives it was designed to accomplish.
