Maxine Greene: A Religious Educator’s Religious Educator

It is a privilege and a pleasure to contribute to this volume honoring and celebrating my teacher and friend Maxine Greene. I am one of perhaps thousands of educators and administrators who she has inspired, nurtured, and challenged through her example and writings, in the classroom, lecture hall, and in frequent informal meetings and conversations.
