ABSTRACT
In the classroom a competent primary teacher can: use the computer and communications technology to support everyday
classroom activities at an appropriate level and assess the learning which takes place;
ensure progression of pupils’ learning through sensitive intervention; bring to this an evaluative framework that enables critical reflection on
how ICT changes the teaching and learning processes.
