ABSTRACT
Success in acting as a leader has more to do with getting on with people than with making systems work. As argued in the previous chapter, the circumstances in which you as IT coordinator find yourself will affect the way you approach the tasks before you. However, the strength of your influence will also depend on the way you personally approach the task. Hence, whether your school situation is ideal or not, by considering your actions carefully you can determine the most appropriate way to ensure progress.
