ABSTRACT
With some excitement, Betty noticed the announcement on the bulletin board outside PS 86. She decided to check out the registration procedures, guiding Carol along the path lined with a high metal fence. The first door she tried was locked. Despairing at the prospect of hunting for an open one among the many entrance ways, she systematically walked around the building and eventually found an unmarked door which opened as she pulled the handle.
