ABSTRACT
To introduce, maintain and make good use of information technologies in university education, several essential ingredients are required. Establish a flexible, upgradable, ubiquitous, easy to use technology infrastructure. Streamline administrative services and relieve the burdens of students, faculties and staff in conducting university business. Make sure that students, faculty and staff are skilled in the use of the technology. Adopt and apply the appropriate learning model to instruction and apply technology accordingly. Participate with other higher education institutions, government, and industry to further the good use of technology. Don’t drift!
