ABSTRACT
Education, formally speaking, is a transaction which takes place between teacher and learner-between one who is in possession of knowledge and skills and one who wants to possess them. It requires no civil authority, only a desire to learn, a desire to impart that learning and facilities to enable the twain to meet.
