 1. Then Vajrapāni, the Lord of the Secret Ones, said this to the Bhagavat ‘Bhagavat!This Lord of Mantras, which generates [all] mantras, proclaimed by the Buddha ^A is a great wonder! By whom, how and where should the abode of the Great Sage be known? Tell me how and by what mantras arise from that! Lord, most excellent of speakers, please explain all this to me!’
