ABSTRACT

Santiago Caisedo has always been interested in the concept of space. “I’m a frustrated architect,” said Caisedo, “and working in 3D gave me the opportunity to create places that the spectator would be able to visually penetrate. For me, 3D is always more a concern than a fashion. Maybe that is why my 3D movies are so appreciated. They are conceived as 3D pieces and the technique of the third dimension is used to accomplish the narrative of the story and not just as a trivial effect to get more attention.”
