ABSTRACT
Sew up the freshly cut end. As with the pro-looking sandbag, make at least three rows of
stitches.
Turn the bag so that your hem is on the inside.
Grab about 10” (25 cm) of webbing.
Loop the ends over each side of the pant leg. Sew across the pant leg and webbing, but stop about 2” (50 mm) from the opposite edge.
